Fortune Cookie Foibles - 5/13/2011

I was cleaning out my computer case when a little piece of paper fluttered to the floor.   This little fortune had been saved in there for some time. I had even dated it - 9/30/10.  Now I don't place any stock in fortune cookies, but now and then one is particularly funny, usually for how Inaccurate it is.

Fortune Cookie Foibles

I mentioned once before that I don't put any stock in Fortune Cookies, but that once in awhile I save one just for kicks and giggles.   Over the years I've noticed quite a downward trend in the quality of the “fortunes”.   As with most things, “They just don't make 'em like they used to.”   The spelling and grammar mistakes ( Read more... )

I don't take much stock in fortune cookies.  None, actually.   And over the years I've noticed, not only more spelling and grammar errors ( What, ME, notice spelling errors?) but they are not even fortunes or even trying to hint at things that MIGHT happen in the future.    But every once in a while I will take one home, just for ( Read more... )
